Plan a brunch with friends
Everyone wants brunch. Nobody wants to be the one choosing where. One friend wants a slow morning over eggs, another is already thinking about cocktails, and someone has to be home by two. The group chat suggests the same place as last time, mostly because nobody has the energy to argue. A brunch that takes a week to plan stops feeling like a treat.
Pick brunch and a few days
Choose brunch, the days that could work, the hour and the area, and send one link to your friends. Weekend mornings fill up, so offering a few days helps the group find one that works. Friends with kids, early shifts or a late night before can each say which dates don’t work.
Everyone says what they feel like
Each friend answers a few questions on their own: what they feel like eating, the vibe, whether it’s a wine or a cocktails kind of morning, and what they’d like to spend. Their no’s and their budget stay private. Dietary needs are saved on each friend’s account, so they’re asked once.
A place that suits the whole group
A place someone ruled out is never suggested, and places that show they cater to everyone’s dietary needs come first. The rest is weighed across the group, so the quiet friend’s answer counts as much as the one who always picks. Places over the group’s budget are left out, so nobody pays more than they meant to for eggs.
Vote on a shortlist
MiBA ranks the places that suit the whole group, you put up to five on a shortlist, and everyone votes. You get a link to book, and everyone hears where and when. Then all that is left is a long table, a second coffee and nowhere else to be.
Starting a gathering is free. Everyone signs in to answer and vote, and MiBA remembers their name and dietary needs for next time.
