These terms govern your use of MIBA. By creating or joining a decision room you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Using MIBA
MIBA helps a group converge on a plan and, with the creator’s permission, takes follow-up actions such as preparing a calendar invite or a reservation link. You may use MIBA only for lawful group-planning purposes and must not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harass others.
Accounts
You can start or join a decision without an account. Signing in lets MIBA save your decisions and (if you opt in) your preferences. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Suggestions and bookings
Venue suggestions, opening hours, travel estimates, and similar details come from third-party data and are provided on a best-effort basis — they may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm the important details (a reservation, accessibility, dietary accommodation) directly with the venue. MIBA facilitates a decision; it is not a party to any reservation or transaction you make.
Service “as is”
MIBA is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is part of these terms.
