Using MiBA

MiBA helps a group converge on a plan and, with the creator’s permission, takes follow-up actions such as preparing a calendar invite or a reservation link. You may use MiBA only for lawful group-planning purposes and must not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harass others.

MiBA is early software, offered to a small circle while it grows. Things will occasionally be rough, and features may change or disappear as we learn.

Accounts

You need an account, proven by an email sign-in link, to create a gathering or to vote in one. Signing in lets MiBA save your gatherings and the dietary needs you enter. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Suggestions and bookings

Venue suggestions, opening hours, travel estimates, and similar details come from third-party data and are provided on a best-effort basis, so they may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm the important details (a reservation, accessibility, dietary accommodation) directly with the venue. When a gathering ends in a booking, MiBA hands you a link or a phone number; it does not book the table, and it is not a party to any reservation or transaction you make.

Service “as is”

MiBA is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal, where MiBA is established. Nothing here limits protections you have under the mandatory consumer law of the place you live.
